People’s way of living has always been dependent to a balance way of imposing what is right from what is wrong. Humans tend to live much more comfortable if they are surrounded by set of rules or even reminders that will guide them onto how to properly live their lives that will be justifiable for other people as well. This has been a tradition in order for community to function well, may it be in a group, there has to be a person appointed to lead a team. The leader, as the head of the team, serves as the middle person to each members of the group, he is required to guide his members in an orderly manner where everyone’s stake is at risk and considered. The leader will be the center of tranquillity to the certain group.

In any nation or country, problems usually arise among members of the minorities. Silence as they are, minorities tend to keep their supplication which leads to a greater chaos in the next run. These compiled and kept grudges eventually turns into something uncontrollable, a form of heat that later on turns into something as wild as a fire. Even so, this fire is not even enough to be noted, its blazing light was never enough to be considered as something that can light up a whole nation. Nevertheless, the darkness that fills the hours can always be outshone, only if someone is brave enough to take a step out in the shadows and be revealed under the new way of oiling the lamp.

During the past civilizations, it was the emperors as well as the masters that served as the head of the country. Today, far from what it was, the state is now run by group of people also known as the government. The federal government is consists of 5 main types. This five includes monarchy, dictatorship, upper class, republic and democratic. Monarchy is the kind that prioritizes the welfare of the king and the queen. Dictatorship on the other hand holds its powers towards group of individuals. Meanwhile the third kind or the so called Upper class concerns the wealthy people’s welfare and the power is bestowed upon them. Republic or the 4th type is the kind of government, where the weighted needs and the demands of the people is given in the hands of their chosen representative or leader. The last one is the democratic type, usually known as the best form of government; it is the kind that stands from and for individuals.

In this generation, democratic type of government is not embraced fully by a great number of nations, even during the time period where there is a high consideration for the civil liberties of humans. Some of these non democratic countries on the top 10 list are the following:

  1. NORTH KOREA:.

NORTH KOREANorth Korea was originally a member of the Japan territory, but this partnership eventually came to an end after the World War II. Since then, the country has been separated from Japan headed by Kim II Sung in 1945. The festivities under the command of Sung lead to the foundation of the so called ‘’KWP or the Korean Employee’s Party’’ that upholds the country’s workforce. The autonomy of North Korea since then is the root of the strength of KWP and Sung’s family unit. This placement eventually leads to a power passed on from generation to generation up until today.
